Of the 7 layers we have, it's a mystery who delivered this double yolk beauty, but hours after that, we got a white one just as hefty! Beautiful school-bus yellow, standing up in the pan!
The racket coming from the coop explains why! Wish I had an egg (or just kitchen) scale!
