Huge Eggs!

I have a RIR hen that is laying the biggest eggs I've ever seen, they dwarf the regular eggs. We have other RIR hens and they lay normal size eggs. Is this something I should be worried about?

Here are her eggs from the past few days, with two regular eggs for comparison. She lays almost every day. That's gotta hurt!

How much do the big eggs weigh (in ounces)?

It's hard to tell real size just by looking at a pic even though you're comparing them to "regular" eggs.
