Love the expression on her face.

My 4 yr old daughter came running over to me and asked what was so funny. She said "well we should get a horse to share the chicken food with too". She has always wanted a horse, so now she thinks she has a legitimate reason to have one.

Your daughter is VERY smart, and I agree 100% with her! What kinda farm doesn't have a horse???? Shesh, Mom! Get her a horse!!!

We have an old gal here that is at least 40 yrs old. She roams around the yard during the day, instead of being in the fields with the other horses. (I have to grain her special and don't want the others stealing her feed.) Several times I've caught her with her front two hooves in the coop, but she won't go all the way in.

Love this thread!!!

omg... that has happened to me and it was not too funny.... my horses pawed down the side of the run... had to replace the wire.... no chicken were in there for they were out free ranging.... but still...ughhhh... now in the process of building a wooden fence around the run /coop area...what a pita!

pretty horses!
