Huge Swollen Neck

This little fry is a 3 week old Cornish Rock. Found like this tonight. The whole neck is swollen from chest to ears. When I hold it to light I can see through it and it feels like a balloon. Vet is called already but she's on an emergency. Anyone seen this?

I gave 0.2 cc Tetracycline for now, poor bird is hot as a coal.

Vet saw pic and thinks it is a ruptured air sac. I decompressed with a needle and she looks normal now, will recheck in the morning.
