Sounds like cool idea...what breeds are you going to be working with? Mostly layers, or will you add in some of the "fancy" breeds so you get some REALLY cool looking crosses? Inquiring minds want to know, lol..........

Hello again good people! the two breeds I will be using Is RIR and leghorns. But I have EE chicks, barred rock chicks and some more hybrid chicks growing currently!

Only time we ate our chickens is when I had hungry children and no grocery stores during hurricane Ike and the 3 weeks we were without power LOL. Mommy learned how to kill a chicken really fast lol Anything for my kids.
