Huge yellow mass in eye

Hi all, need help fast with our 3 year old Spitz.

This fall we noticed some bubbling in her eye. We took her to the vet and they gave us antibiotics to help. It did not seem to do much and as winter came around her weight and behavior stayed healthy so we hoped it may just run its course. Unfortunately once the cold came it seems to have developed into a bigger issue. I have read this may be MG, but in the immediate what can we do for her eye? I’ve seen some people pulled the mass out but I’m worried it might be too large.

She smells horrible, covered in some fluid. Yes her nose and roof of beak have it as well

Horrible smells makes me think of coryza (eye) and/or trichomoniasis.
The accumulated pus needs to come out of her beak and her eye. Start with her eye and wear single use gloves and rinse her eye often. Then change gloves before you work on getting the pus out of her beak.
