Humdity spike when chicks hatch?

Quick question I have 2 chicks that just hatched and several eggs with pips and the humdity in my incubator just spiked really high because of the 2 wet chicks, is this fine for the other eggs? I have the vent fully open to try and let some moisture out.

Agree. Happens all of the time. Humidity is controlled by wet surface area. When a chick hatches the wet surface area increases so the humidity does too. It has not caused a problem.
