I just read that dry incubating in a foam cooler is better.... what should be the humidity measure then??? I don't want to drown or dry the chicks!!

I got a havabator with fan . I add enough water to keep the humidity about 30 and let it dry out to about 10 then add alittle to bring it back up to about 30 again. on the 18th day will tranferr to another still air bator with humidity at or above 75%. I have had 100% or near 100 % hatches. keep temp between 98.5 and 101. GL
