Humidity and Turning Question. When does lockdown start?

I have 3 emu eggs in the incubator. They are on day 39. When should I stop turning? Day 42? Also at lockdown what should I bump my humidity up to?

Temp has been holding steady at 97.5f and humidity has been constant at 30-33%

I did a float test the other day and two of them moved.

I wouldnt raise the humidity anymore than that. I always ran my humidity for the entire course at 20-25% for Emu's. I stopped turning them about a week before due to hatch.
