humidity at 90%?

So I was looking at THIS (http://www.msstate.edu/dept/poultry/hatch.htm) website, and it says that the humidity for the last three days should be at 90%. I've always read on here that it should be 60-70 (I think) I'm confused now... what do yall keep yours at?

IF they are talking in degrees, there is a conversion formula used to figure your relative humidity number. wet-bulb reading of 90degrees in an incubator at 100 degrees farenheit is a relative humidity of 68%.... see this site for conversion charts: http://www.poultryconnection.com/quackers/chart.html

oops! I'm stupid! I meant % not degrees.. LOL. I changed that. Though they could have been talking degrees... hmmm....
