Humidity dropped chick was in a ball

Overnight the humidity and temperature dropped and we ended up having to help the chick out and now it’s staying curled up and not moving around a lot it’s neck is bent so what should I do to help it?

Try taking it out and putting in a nice, warm, brooder. @aart @Texas Kiki
