Humidity During Hatching

So today is day 21 of incubating Silkie eggs and I was just wondering what the proper humidity is for them during hatching. One chick has externally pipped so far, but the humidity is only at 59 and I heard that they have tougher shells than other chickens. I want to add water so it is able to hatch out easily. But I am worried of the chick being shrink wrapped.
