I would like to incubate chukar with some other birds but I read chukars are supposed to be at 45-50% relative humidity but the other bird will be at 62-63% what will happen to the chukar. Can they survive?

is there any way to them to keep them being drown

incubate them separately.

Chukar should be only slightly less then chickens though. are you sure you didn't look at Wet bulb vs Humidity?

I saw this chart before and I don't completely trust it because some of those birds are are from wetter environments than 40-55.
