Since I will be out of town day when eggs are on day 9-15 I thought I would do a dry hatch. I tested my hygrometers and they were spot on and the humidity in the magicfly incubator is 28%. Is it better to just stick with that or raise it a bit the first week and then when I’m out of town let it go dry?

This is my first incubator hatch.

You'll have to keep an eye on the air cells the first week to figure out if that's going to be OK or whether they need more humidity. It's one of those tricky things as it can depend on the little micro climate that the incubator is sitting in, and what works for one person won't for another.

Make sure your thermometer is accurate as that's essential. Eggs can tolerate a much wider variance of humidity than they can temperature. In studies temperature has had a much larger impact on the health of chicks and success of incubation than humidity.

Good luck with your first hatch. It's an awesome experience and quite addictive.
