Humidity for duck hatching

This is my first time hatching ducks! Everything has been moving along nicely and humidity has been pretty consistent until now! One egg has hatched about 24 hours ago and he is doing well however I am struggling to keep the humidity up! Another has pipped through his beak is out and is breathing but I am worried his membrane has dried and he cannot push himself the rest of the way out? The humidity was only 60% when I got up this am I did open just the corner to add some water and it is now 72%! Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you...nervous duck mommy

Humidity is now at 74%! The duck that has had his beak out for the past 12 hours is making some progress! There are two others actively working to hatch! Do I worry about increasing the humidity at this point?!
