humidity in covatutto

Does anyone know how to increase humidity in a covatutto 16 without increasing the temoperature too much. I realised that although I managed to get the humidity up to 64% with warm water in the base that it also increased the temperature to 108. Is it save for the water to be >100 in temp as this seems to be the only way to get the humidity over 40%. I have a wet cloth in there with the eggs but I am worried as today in downtime for my 6 turkey eggs, 5 of which I hope will hatch, and I will be unable to open the incubator to replace the cloth!
