Humidity in Havo-bator

I have havo-bator. I go into lockdown tomorrow. I cover the wire grate with rubber matting. This cut down my humidity. How can I increase it with out having to constantly check on it? I have used sponges in the past. Pls help I want a good hatch.

We use some medical tubing with a syringe to inject water into the incubator during lock down.

I have heard of sponges or wet towels. Maybe others with more experience will chime in. Good luck with the hatch.
