Humidity in homemade incubator

Here in Cape verde, that's Africa, i tried everything to keep the humidity over 50%, but now i use a water boiler and a PC fan, i made a box, outside the incubator, and the fan blows the hot air to the incubator, i used a chinese humidity controller, and now its possible to go 80% humidity in less than 30 seconds. Next i am going to use a chinese mist maker, it should use less energy, i bought one but it arrived without a power adapter.
