Humidity in Incubator

I am using a little 1x1" square of sponge to manage the humidity in my little dome incubator.
Yesterday, the humidity was great, around 55%
Today, it has dropped down to 47%
Can anyone please let me know how often you have to wet the sponge?
Should I use a bigger sponge?

Any help would be great.

use a bigger sponge and wet daily to keep humidity up

on day 18 get 2 sponges and wet well and dont open after that till hatch

at the moment you should be fine with that drop

The humidity fluctuation is not that critical for the first 18 days just do not let it go under 30% and over 55%
some people do it dry as long as is not under 25%
there is no rule as to when to wet the sponge you wet it when it needs to
