Humidity in the GQF 1588

Hi, I’m so new at this. I have my incubator on ... it’s been running for about 12 hours. I filled the #1 and 2 water slots. My temp is sitting at 99.5 and my humidity is 63%. From what I read it needs to be between 40-50%. This may be a stupid question but how do I lower the humidity. I do not have eggs in yet but I’m getting them this week!

Take out all the water. Your humidity will go down. Only add very small amounts of water only in one water slot.

For days 1-17 you just fill trough #1.

open your vents if you already have not done so, also if your not in a controlled room, and your humidity outside is higher its gonna be higher than what you are trying to achieve
