Hi everyone!
I realize this is an incredibly common type of question, but I just have to ask. I'm getting in forty-some shipped eggs sometime this week, and unfortunately my incubator success so far hasn't been great. Two of the hatches failed because of a power outage, but the third simply didn't hatch despite all going well. These were four serama eggs, and I kept the humidity at 40-50% for most of the hatch, and 70% at lockdown. I suspect the reason the eggs didn't hatch was because the humidity was too high, and I put them into lockdown too early.
So, especially with bantams, what humidity works for you consistently? I want the best possible chances on these babies! I have a 1588 Genesis, by the way.
