My hygrometers (two of them) say 72% right now with a new wet chick just out. I see that there is only very little water in the channels though. I have a chick pipped whose feathering is already dry in the hole.

Should I add water or just trust the reading even if it is pushed up by wet chicks.

Most people do hunidity last 3 days at about 60-65%

Yours being at 72% should be just fine , happy hatching !

if both are at 75% then i thinks those are right ! you will be OK with that percentage don't open the incubator no more during the hatch no matter what the humidity is mine stays at 25 - 35 in Arizona
