Humidity levels

So, we are pretty sure we have enough ventilation, but I should go inside with one of those readers and gauge it inside, then out...and if it’s different, we need to make adjustments? Does the fact that it’s 20’ and no humidity in the air matter? When we built our coop it was in the summer, and it was not near as solid as now. We made a lot of vents, considering number of chickens 12hensand a rooster but now we should we check? Plus our smaller one for two pallets and five cockerels?

Currently our coop is reading 34F 58%H. The weather channel says my town is currently 33F & 68%H. A storm is on its way so I imagine the humidity is rising. Also the chickens ate not roosting yet. I will pull the snow off the ridge vent in the morning. Will leave windows open all night.
