Humidity question

I am now on my 6th day of incubation and I have had my incubator right at 100 the entire time and humidity between 50-60. However I was out of town yesterday and my humidity was down to 38% for probably 18-24 hours. Do you think I killed my hatch rate? Thanks for your help guys and gals.

They should be OKay.

Humidity is more important during hatch so the membrane doesn't dry out and shrink wrap the chick trying to hatch out.
