Benadryl to Euthanize Chicken?

Pics
Yes but it's 11 minutes long as the lady talks and talks, cuddling her rooster, then it happens so fast you can't really see what's happening. At least that was the one I found. I never found a good one.
Here it is.

Cervical dislocation is the method I use to dispatch chickens. I set up a simple device that is much easier to use than a broomstick held down with my feet.

I drove a foot long, 3/8" diameter spike halfway into a section of railroad tie, then bent it over at an angle, with the gap at the open end wide enough to slip the chicken's neck under.

I hold the chicken by the feet until it relaxes, with the back facing me. I place the chicken's neck under the spike, beak pointing towards me, and slide it over to the narrow part of the gap.

I gently pull straight up on the feet until the neck is stretched out straight, then give it a very gentle tug upwards, about a half inch, separating the skull from the spine. It's easy to feel the separation happen. The head is still attached to the body by its skin.

I immediately cut partway into the underside of the neck to bleed the bird. It flaps for a minute or two, but the head is held securely in place under the spike during that time so it doesn't scatter blood around.

When it's finished flapping I remove its head and hang it by it's feet on a fence to continue bleeding out.
