Does anyone have expertise with swollen glands on a chicken's head. My 13-month old hen's head started swelling approx 10 days ago. I've tried polysporin, neosporing, Banixx, vetericyn, and benadryl, Epsom salts. No improvement. I've attached a photo from today. I'd really appreciate your input on this. No chicken vets in this area of MT. Thank you!

It looks like her eye ring and ear lobe are swollen. This could be a disease or infection, according to Google. I might would isolate her just to be on the safe side. @Eggcessive can probably offer some god advice.

Update: July 10. Her glands started to shrink three days ago after I washed with Epsom salts, used a strong dilution of Betadine, and topped it off with neosporin. The scabs disappeared, but areas of the glands still showed signs of infection (several small pus pockets). Unfortunately, she's eaten very little over the past 20 days so was quite weak with loss of muscle in her breast muscles. Difficultly standing today so we made the difficult decision to put her down. Thank you for your suggestions and encouragement. I sincerely appreciate it.
