Do npt add water till day 18 or 19. It will be fine. Dont worry about checking humidity. It is dry where I am and it still works for me.

Whoops! I meant to say 39 Celsius not 38.

I would not pain the internal temp of the eggs probably didn't get that high.

Well I added exterior blinds to the window Saturday morning and the temps have not gone above 100. Temps are a bit low, hovering closer to 99. There was one dip down to 98 for an hour or so but it seems to have levelled off since. I added a bit of water and the humidity is sitting around 40%. Hope that's good. As I understand I need to bump this up to around 65% for lockdown. I am feeling a bit more confident about this. Have a feeling they will be a day late but hopefully it works out!
