Humidity spike after first hatch

I have 11 duck eggs in my incubator and today is day 28 at 8pm. The first one hatched a little while ago and put the humidity up to 82%. I have a dehumidifier I can put in that room if I need to lower it, but do I need to worry about the high humidity or will it not harm them at this point?

Normal for a spike in humidity when the first one hatches.
