Humidity spikes during hatch, what to do??

What should be done when during an active hatch time where like 3 or 4 are working at it and the humidity starts going up like crazy?? How do you regulate it??? Curious if this happens to anyone else and how they handle it.

it should be ok and only for a short time as the chicks open the egg they are wet this will add to the humidity of the bator but as they dry it will and should drop fast at least that is what i have found with my hatches.
