It looks like a few injuries to me.
Not much more one can say until the feet are cleaned up and one can see the damage better.

Maybe got their feet trapped in wire or something? I agree it looks like an injury. The scales on the legs/feet look like they are laying relatively flat to me.

Is your sitter comfortable at least cleaning the feet off with clean water and patting them try?
