Humidity too high?

Hi
I've a bantam sitting on 4 eggs (not her own), and I'm sure she know what she is doing, but her eggs are wet. She's on day 22 and I know that they could still hatch. I'm just concerned that the humidity is too high? Any advice?

Having checked them again today, the eggs were actually sitting in water. They are on hay in a cat carrier. Mum is absolutely saturated. I'm sure this ca't be right. I have an ominous feeling, they are not going to hatch. The eggs have changes colour a lot, does this indicate anything?
