It’s highly unlikely to be a problem. What is important in humidity is how much total moisture the egg loses throughout incubation, not an instantaneous humidity. Several hours with the humidity a little low should not have a significant impact.
My humidity varies depending on the air going into the incubator. If it runs a little higher than I want it to for a while I may go a day or two without adding water when it runs out to balance it back out. Average humidity is what is important, not an instantaneous reading. Also you have a fairly wide window in what is the right moisture loss. You need to be as close as you reasonably can but you don’t have to hit it precisely.
