This morning I noticed my water was dried up in my incubator which means my eggs probably went all night in a dry incubator. The eggs are currently on day 7. Will this period of dryness effect my hatching?

They should be fine at this stage in incubation

It’s highly unlikely to be a problem. What is important in humidity is how much total moisture the egg loses throughout incubation, not an instantaneous humidity. Several hours with the humidity a little low should not have a significant impact.

My humidity varies depending on the air going into the incubator. If it runs a little higher than I want it to for a while I may go a day or two without adding water when it runs out to balance it back out. Average humidity is what is important, not an instantaneous reading. Also you have a fairly wide window in what is the right moisture loss. You need to be as close as you reasonably can but you don’t have to hit it precisely.

You should be OK.
