Humidity

I hatching chicks are making the humidity rise in my incubator. It's getting as high as 76. Should I be worried and what could I do about it?

Thanks so much. I have stopped worrying so much. All seem to be doing fine. I have 5 pipping as we speak. So exciting.
This incubator just had one hole that is always open and that is it. Must be enough.

I DO TOO! I'm so excited, I have been a nervous wreck, checking and checking. I have seven and two more have pipped... Out of 12. Hoping for the whole dozen.
