humidity ??

i got a little giant incubator and i need to get the humidity higher in it how do i do that .......with the automatic turner in there??? the well are as full as can be and i stall cant get thhe humidity right that why only 2 of my chicks hatch every single time.......

i cut up sponges and soak them in hot water that works great for me and place them around the turner .
