Humidity

I have a GQF cabinet style incubator. Can anyone tell me what the humidity should be at to hatch bantam chicken eggs?

Any where from 30 to 50% for the first 18 days and then 55 to 65% for the last 3 days or lockdown after you stop turning the eggs.
