60% is PLENTY high enough.

It actually may be higher than that if you are trusting the built in bator's humidity reading.

I don't raise my humidity until I see an external pip and then I only raise it to 50.

Is that for BCM? That's what we are hatching. A friend used a Hova-Bator dry the entire 21 days on some of our dark Marans eggs and had a really good hatch. We have a Kebonnixs that i due for lockdown and I'm tempted to try it, but also a little afraid.
