i have 2 chickens so far but now i want MORE!!!! lol
i was wondering what is the best breed for laying and is nice.
and also does well in heat and humid places?

Well, chickens are addicting!!

Don't know about heat but Black Stars (sex-links) are laying machines. I also haven't met a Black Star that wasn't friendly.

no it says a 6 week old americauna lol. but now it is 8 weeks old!
i have a black sex link and it very nice and calm but i want something different
and i had a rir but i got sick... and died.
and it was kinda mean so i dont think i want that.

Australorps are very friendly and good layers. I've heard that Cochins are very nice, but I don't know how well they lay.

my cochin hasnt started laying yet, but isnt the nicest either, she is very skiddish, i had a cochin roo who was the best chicken on the planet! but i dont think trey can have a roo

RIRs and Barred Rocks are great layers and are friendly.
