Hunch back chicken after heatstroke and possible attack from dog

About 5 days ago one of our chickens got out of the coop and she didnt have water for what we think atleast 2 hours. I check on the chickens every few hours and I see her laying in the shade under a bush panting like crazy so I take her inside to cool off and give her some icy honey water. Of course I expected her to be a bit lethargic and not move hardly ever for awhile but after 2 days when she starts walking again she doesn't walk or stand like she did before she now has a hunch back and keeps her head low. I've been trying to figure out why and have had no luck in finding anything that could cause this. The same day tho another chicken got out and sadly we lost her to our dog and now me and my abuela believe it possible that our dog got ahold of her but she got away before she could get any major bleeding damage but still got hurt somewhere. We dont know for sure if she was attacked by our dog or not because she was far away from her and didnt have any missing feathers or noticeable Injuries but now its day 5 she's back in the coop acting how she normally does, eating and drinking water roaming the coop but she still walks and stands hunched over with her head hanging low.
Anyone know what this could be or if it's treatable?

Before and after! She is doing alot better now and you can barely tell she was hurt before! BIG thank you to glickschicks for the Vitamin E idea! She is doing alot better now and has been stable since I started give her the vitamins <33

Here she is today! After a few weeks of vitamins she has no more hunchback and has been very active. Thank you glickschicks for the tip on vitamin E! <33
