I actually don’t really know my neighbors too well either.
It does seem very off that you only see cars and the dog, but no people ever. Thats why I asked what shape the dogs in.

Good stuff but it may be a bit pricey for her(?). Just realized idk if you are male or female, or whatever floats your boat.

I know. I just cant see, in my minds eye, what attachment you'd need. Like a forklift type? I know of the pole for the round ones, thats where Im coming from. Its been a long time since I’ve been on a working farm.
