That is a huge tree glad it missed most.

Thank you! It was dark when all this happened and we were peeking out the door! And I could hear the tin reaping off my pens and trees crashing and I was so scared for my family and my animals! I wanted to run out to them but my husband wouldn’t let me. I was mainly worried about some baby chicks I have. I just knew they were gone but I guess momma hen hunkered down with them. They all survived and then when daylight came it was awful everywhere! We are all safe and my animals were spare! Thank God

Bless your heart, darlin'! What a mess! But praise God you and yours all survived. Reminds me of Psalm 91, you were certainly spared! My DH and I have been praying for all in the path of Helene, it's just unbelievable all that storm has done. Be of good courage!

Thank you to all who gave me words of encouragement in our time of struggle. Finally got power restored to our house last night after 10 days with no power. Still don’t have internet so service is kind of sporadic at the moment but can’t wait for things to return to normal and be back on here with you guys. Talk to everyone soon

Praise God! Things should only keep getting better now. So, do you have food? Clean water? Dry, clean clothes, blankets? Is everyone okay?
