Hurt beaks- please help

Hello are three young chicks have overnight come up with red scabby places on the bridge of their noses are beats rather . They are in a very secure run with no predators able to get to them . All three chickens have the same spot on their beaks so if there is packing going on there must've been an overnight war !!!!
Any ideas ??

I would watch them eating out of their feeder. My guess is they are hitting their beaks as they are pecking at their food.
