Hurt chicken

I have a hen who has started limping terribly. We think a goose got after her. I've held her and felt around her foot, leg, and hip like I would my dogs and she doesn't react (not sure what chicken would do ). I put her in a small dog crate for 2 days and then felt bad for her so I let her out. When I got home today she was laid down kind of on her side with her bad leg out from under her.

I can grt a video of her walking if that would help. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Trouble is that they are stoic little things. hard to get a complaint out of them. Try moving the hip and leg joint carefully while paying huge attention. Then scope her foot like a microscope. i have a hen who succeeded in hiding a broken toe joint, even when I was checking.

She has some yellow spots around the "ankle" area but I didn't see anything wrong with her toes. Today she seems to be walking a little better. Now I've noticed one of my ducks with a limp.
