My Pekín duck is hurt and is limping everywhere. What do I do? We know it is not bumble foot or a lack of niacin. What could it be and it won’t leave the coop with the other ducks is it ok will it survive

Hey there, sorry about your duck

What do you feed them?

How many females, and how many males do you have?

Are the ducks housed with any other animals?

Is your coop and run predator proof?

Have you inspected the hurt leg for cuts or bite wounds? Or felt for swelling or hotness?

Looks like her feet are pointed inwards (Pigeon-Toed) which is a common sign of a B3 Niacin deficiency. I would start her on Cattle B Complex Injectable, Durvet brand immediately, you can give her 1ml a day orally with a syringe or over treats, water is not a preferred method of administration since they waste so much water, it's hard to calculate the dosage. In conjunction with this, if you arent already, I would start feeding her a feed formulated for ducks or all poultry, as plain chicken feed does not contain enough niacin for ducks, which leads to problems like this. If you have other ducks, I would start them on the B complex too, even if they arent showing symptoms. I would like to see a video of her walking too, just to be sure, although giving the B complex won't hurt any.

When she walks, does she trip over her feet?

Before you give her any fluids orally, please read this article-

This is the brand you want.

we feed them chick starter grower and put brewers yeast in it we know that we have at least 2 males not sure about the other three the ducks are housed with our chickens. we let them free range but our little guy doesnt go out alot and we do have dogs but they dont go near them and i felt it and there is no hotness and no cuts or wounds

ok thanks a lot i will send a video

You would think the brewers yeast and starter crumble would have plenty of niacin in it...

Isaac mentioned she looked pidgeon toed, did her toes always point in? was she always smaller and weaker than the rest?

Male ducks are can be really rough, usually if they are over mating her you will see feathers ripped out of the back of her head too
