My one year old rhode island red Scarlet started limping yesterday and won't come out of the coop today. She also won't come to me, which is unusual. I can't see anything wrong from a distance. Anyone have any idea what I could do if I catch her? Bring her in? Put some antibiotic on it. She can't seem to jump onto a roost.

When everyone goes to roost is the best time for me to catch or pickup my chickens and check them over. Hopefully it's nothing serious, when you do catch her pay special attention to the bottoms of her feet in case of bumble foot.. also feel down her legs and make sure all feels normal, look over her legs good to rule out scaly leg mites.. she could have sprained her leg when jumping down from the roost. It's just really hard to say until you catch her and give her a through going over.. could be she is in pain is why she isn't coming to you if this behavior isn't normal. check back in after you have done your assestment and let us know what you find..
