Hurt Hens

I had 6 roosters that would not leave my hens alone. They all took there turns with the hen so much that two of my laying hens are badly cut up on the top of their heads/necks ( just behind their combs) We got rit of four of the roosters and now every thing is calm in the run. But the two hurt hens are not laying. Is this because they are hurt, change in the weather, shorter day hours or a change in the pecking order? Will things get better ?

My moms hen saw her 2 other hen friends get eatten by a possum and she didnt lay for about two days... after stress they can either not lay or lay soft shell eggs... i am not sure about the roosters with the hens though...
