Think she got her foot caught in nesting box and started panicking to pull it out. Scales missing on both sides. There is a hard bubble. What do I do?

How much pain is she in? How bad is she limping? Are the other chickens pecking at it?

Still bleeding, no. We left Friday morning and came back Sunday morning and saw it. I have her in a separate cage now. She was limping when we got home. We cleaned it up some. We are going to get gauze and ointment. But I do know if I should try to pop the bubble. As far as pain... She let us clean it some fussed only a little and seems to be a little better, but still swollen.

Swelling is down some. Color coming back. Not limping as much, but keeps her foot up while standing.

Bubble is still there. I think I is a clot under the scale that has dried.

We have been cleaning foot with peroxide then apply ointment and bandage it

That sounds good! I would do that too. Make sure it gets some air though. I'm glad to hear about the bubble! How is she walking? It looks like she got pretty bruised up. Can't wait to hear how she does!
