Hurt Leg on 7 M/O Hen

Guys, we have a young hen that jumped from my wife's hand (probably 4 feet up) and landed funny. For the next few days she had a slight limp, but otherwise completely functional. Today is the third or fouth day and it looks to me that her limp is slightly more pronounced.

Is anyone familiar with anything I can do to help, or risks that I should watch out for?

Hi! Our chickens don't free range, but they do have a large enclosure to roam.

Can you section off a small enclosure where she won't be able to be as active? It needs to be big enough for get to flap her wings comfortably. A few days at lower exercise and she should show improvement.
