Okay so my rouen Donald (yeah I know oh so original) showed up after leaving for a couple weeks and brought home a girlfriend she is a little khaki duck but something is wrong with her she holds her right leg up under her feathers as much as she can and it's a different color than her left leg it's almost grey and sick looking I have picked her up and checked but nothing was wrong that I could tell other than a very small hole in one of the webs between her toes any ideas as to what is wrong? Oh also her feathers are all messed up not all pretty like normal ducks now I can say that getting ahem mounted constantly could be a part of it but that many feathers shouldn't be gone.

She may have had an injury that never got any attention where she use to live, and that's a shame, if you have checked real close and can't see any wounds other than the hole which may be a hole punch just a guess. Did you feel up close to her body on the leg in case she may have a band that never got taken off? Could she be in molt? and getting sexually abused can really be rough on ducks. feather loss mainly on their heads. and sometimes necks. Maybe get some poultry vitamins and start putting them into their water and see if this helps her. No telling what kind of environment she came from.

I did feel up close and no band. I don't think it's molt just getting raped constantly but I took her away from the older ducks I have and put her in a chicken tractor with some younger ducks that are about 4 months old now that I have her by them she doesn't seem like she is much older than they are. I will defintely make sure to get the vitamins thank you!

Good idea to put in a safer environment. Keep us updated on her progress, any idea where she came from?
