Hurt or sick chicken

Hi, new here. I don’t know what to do. My turken chicken is 1.5 years old. About two weeks ago I noticed her having a hard time getting around. She was limping on her one leg. Well I thought she must have injured herself and let her rest. Well this last week she’s gone completely down hill. She can’t hold herself at all anymore. I started giving her nutra drench and having to syringe her water.

I'm no expert, but have you examined the leg and foot for obvious signs of injury? Something like bumblefoot may be treatable. And pictures of any visible injury could help folks with more experience to provide more information.

No injury at all, that I can see. She lets me maneuver the leg without pain. I wish I had something to show everyone.

Does it feel hot at all compared to the other one? What about swelling? If you have any photos or videos of her moving that would be great. Plus a photo of her legs and soles of her feet even if there is nothing obvious.

For now, I would separate her and keep her in a small area with her food and water close by. You can also look at building a diy chicken sling to help her stand and put some weight off her feet.
