Hurt or sick??

Hello first time chicken mama here. This is one of my younger chicks around 15 weeks. She was in the silkies bun but obviously isn’t a silkie but she’s not getting bigger like my others did by this age? Anyways her comb was fine the other day now looks like this. She is the only one that has this. Do you think she is getting pecked? Or do I need to be concerned about sickness.

My vote is peck wound or she scraped her comb on some fence wire or something.
